I work as a Production Coordinator at St. John's, I studied a degree in Business Management. When I was 10 years old I migrated to Choloma with my mother looking for a better future. I joined Francis Apparel, a manufacturing company of Elcatex Group, as Production Supervisor. After 2 years, I became Warehouse Supervisor of cut parts, managing all the inventory. My good performance opened the door to a new opportunity at St. John. I am about to complete 5 years of working for Elcatex Group and it has been a challenging, phenomenal experience and as a vision I want to continue learning to do things right.

I started to work in 2015 at Suyapa Apparel, my first job, income, goals and dreams also making a career throughout all this time, always studying and knowing that I would go up in the organization, I am currently on my fourth year of the industrial engineering career, and in 2018 my opportunity for promotion arose: I was promoted to “Payroll Auxiliary”, I thank God, the company Suyapa; and the Elcatex Family for the opportunity and I’m committed to give my best effort and performance day by day, remember that your chances of success increase every time you try, don't stop!.

I am very proud and grateful to belong to the beautiful ELCATEX GROUP family; 15 years ago I had the oportunity of being hired as a digitizer in the Quality Department of Elcatex and I currently serve as Human Resources Manager at Five Star Apparel.

My career at the ELCATEX GROUP is summed up in 13 excellent years of learning and development as a professional; I currently serve as Analyst Coordinator at the Distribution Center and I remember as if it was yesterday when I was hired as a Spare Part Assistant. Thank you ELCATEX GROUP!

I started working for the group in the quality department in 2002, I served as auditor of process, final and packaging, shortly after we implemented the audit of cut parts in Elcatex leading a group of auditors; in 2005 I was part of the Operations and Logistics department, then I became a supervisor in the warehouse of cut parts and warehouse of supplies; I currently serve as plant administrator, I thank God and the Canahuati Family for the opportunity to grow within the Group.

I started as a sewing operator, years later I was promoted to the engineering department as a sewing instructor, later I had the opportunity to take up the position of production supervisor. I am proud and grateful to Genesis Apparel for the opportunity for professional and personal growth it gives me.

I started as a Material handler in 2013, then a promotion emerged in which I was selected as Clerk in the engineering department, then in 2015 I became an Engineering Analyst, so I thank Genesis Apparel which is a company with growth opportunity and for having valued my effort and performance.

I Joined Elcatext as Cutting pattern Technician in 2007; I then held the position of Cutting Pattern Coordinator, and later other 5 positions more until now that I’m Cutting Manager, and for all this journey and opportunities for growth and development I am proud to be part of ELCATEX, a company that sees its human resource as the most important thing.

I started as an Electrician in 2003 and three years later I was promoted as a Maintenance Supervisor and sometime later I was promoted as Head of Projects and today I am Head of Corrective Maintenance and for all this professional growth I am grateful to the Elcatex for being a company that provides opportunities.

I studied in Business and started work in 2014 as an Operations Digitizer, subsequently I had the opportunity to hold the position of Supervisor of Cut Parts currently I’m an Inventory Analyst for which I thank the Francis Apparel company for trusting me and appreciate my effort and performance.

I started working in a sewing plant in 2015. Later I was in the Distribution Center and then I became Head of Industrial Safety at Elcatex. Six years later, God opened the doors to come to work at San Juan Textiles where I work as Industrial Safety Manager.

"A place of opportunities" is how I describe my long career. I studied Business Administration, I am currently studying English and improving my skills in Excel. I have been working for Grupo Elcatex for 31 years. In 1987, when I was 17 years old, I joined Creaciones Vantage as a Quality Auditor. However, a year later in 1988 the company Pacer was born and I was transferred to different positions, ascending to General Supervisor.

Tengo 21 años de experiencia de en la industria de la maquila, con roles en Desarrollo, Innovación, Producción y trabajo técnico, siendo 11 de esos años en Grupo Elcatex. A pesar de haber sido jugador profesional y parte de la Selección Nacional, opté por dedicarme al sector Textil. Descubrí Grupo Elcatex gracias a otra empresa en la que trabajé, y aquí he encontrado un ambiente que promueve el desarrollo y la innovación, permitiéndonos ser creativos en la creación de químicos y telas. Afrontamos retos con determinación y unidad, como cuando, durante la pandemia, comenzamos a fabricar batas y mascarillas en tiempo récord.
